Privacy Policy

Overview

Cura (“the App”) is a photo cleanup utility for iPhone developed by ProcessFlow, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

The short version: We do not collect your personal data. Your photos are processed entirely on your device and never leave your phone.

Data Collection

Cura does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no cloud uploads, and no servers that receive your information.

Photo Access

Cura requires access to your photo library to scan for duplicates, blurry photos, and screenshots. All photo analysis is performed 100% on-device using Apple's Vision framework and Accelerate framework. No images, thumbnails, or photo metadata are ever transmitted to any external server.

Analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. This includes app opens, feature usage, and session recordings with anonymous device identifiers. No personal data is linked to these analytics. No photo content or metadata is included. You can opt out of analytics through your iOS system settings.

Error Monitoring

We use Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and error logs. These reports help us fix bugs and improve app stability. No personal data, photo content, or identifiable information is included in crash reports.

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat processes in-app purchases via Apple's StoreKit. RevenueCat receives only transaction data handled by Apple (purchase receipt, transaction ID). No custom user data is sent to RevenueCat by the App.

Data Storage

The App stores your free delete count in the device Keychain for tracking usage against the free tier limit. Feature vector caches (used for duplicate detection) are stored locally on your device. No data is stored on external servers.

GDPR & CCPA

Since Cura does not collect, store, or process any personal data, there is no personal data to access, delete, export, or restrict. If you have questions about your data, you may contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

Cura is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
