Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cura (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by ProcessFlow, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

App Description

Cura is a photo cleanup utility for iPhone. The App uses on-device artificial intelligence to scan your photo library and identify duplicate photos, near-duplicate photos, blurry or out-of-focus images, and old screenshots. The App also provides video compression capabilities. All processing occurs entirely on your device.

Pricing & Payments

Cura is free to download. The App includes a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase of $34.99 (USD) that unlocks premium features for the lifetime of the App. There is no subscription.

• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.
• The free tier allows scanning, swiping, and categorizing photos. Deleting photos is limited to 50 deletions before the premium unlock is required.
• Pricing may vary by region based on Apple's regional pricing tiers.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any iPhone that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its contents.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party.

Photo Processing & Privacy

All photo analysis and processing is performed 100% on your device. ProcessFlow, Inc. has no access to your photos, photo metadata, or any content from your photo library. The App requires photo library access permission to function. For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Photo Deletion

When you choose to delete photos through Cura, the App uses Apple's standard PhotoKit API to request deletion. iOS will present its own system confirmation dialog before any photos are permanently removed. Deleted photos are moved to the “Recently Deleted” album in the Photos app, where they remain recoverable for up to 30 days per Apple's standard behavior.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming which photos to delete. While Cura's AI makes recommendations, the final decision is always yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• The App's AI analysis will be 100% accurate in identifying duplicates, blurry photos, or screenshots.
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any storage savings estimates will match actual results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProcessFlow, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or loss of revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App's premium unlock.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
